The prices that you see here are linked to foreign exchange rates and will be adjusted on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. However, if you have already placed an order, the price for your order will remain fixed and valid right unless the order is cancelled (Read-This-First). If you place a new order, new pricing rate will apply.

No warranty is provided for software products, including the dongle. All software, manuals, tools and applications for our machines can be downloaded from our CNC Utility website https://cncu.co.za/. Please note, most software has limitations of the platform and/or hardware it will operate on. Please carefully read the software specs and try the trial version if it exists before purchase, we will not be responsible for the software not compatible with your environment and no software including dongle will be refunded, returned or exchanged. We do provide lifetime remote assistance for all software that is used for machines purchased from us and issues that related to our machine functions. Please note, not all software upgrade with new os/hardware announcement, so the software you purchased might not be able to work with new os/hardware. Please avoid reselling the software you have, because most software require registration and we cannot move the license from one credential to another one for you.
